These scores good enough for the likes of Upenn and MIT?

I have all my SAT scores in.

They are:

Reasoning test:

Math: 780 Verbal: 760 Writing: 740

Math IIc: 800

Physics: 800

Chemistry: 770

Should I get the Chem test again to go for the 800?I took the test under bad conditions and usually got 800's on practice tests. Or, is 770 acceptable for a place like MIT? Or do they expect 800's on the Science subject tests, because of the strong curves usually associated with them?

I also think with a little more prep I could do better on the SAT I, as the scores were my first time. Should I take it again and shoot for 2350+, or just leave it at a 2280?

Well, I think MIT would accept you ;)
