these threads scare me -- do i even have a chance?

wow im looking through these "chance me" threads and a lot of them are incredible! my profile is substantially less competitive:

Basics:
race: asian
high school: rarely sends students out of state, much less to selective colleges
location: small city in rural state

Academics:
GPA: 4.0 UW
SAT: 770 CR, 720 M, 770 W
SAT II: (havent received them yet, but i have a pretty good idea from consolidated question lists in the tests preparation forum lol)
us history 800
biology 730ish
spanish 600? (definitely retaking this)
class rank: valedictorian
AP classes: took as many possible at our school (only 7 total), also asked to take another AP online

Extracurriculars:
Editor in chief of school newspaper
Student Council President
NHS state convention president
track/cross-country - team captain for cross country, MVP
piano player for church (5 hours per week)
Vacation Bible School Decorations Chair and volunteer (summer church program for children)

Awards:
winner of a national essay contest
winner of statewide poetry contest
runner-up state essay contest
1st in newswriting at state convention
some 1st place awards at a regional foreign language competition (is this even worth mentioning?)

im also 1st chair in my school band, but ive yet to decide if i want to put this on my application since it might be seems a bit of an overload and im not that passionate about it

thanks in advance for any comments and advice!

whoops i forgot to specify which schools im applying for!

ivies:
yale - EA
harvard
princeton
upenn

other:
duke
washu

plus some state schools, but of course i'll get in those

you have as good a shot as anybody

"these threads scare me"
don't you scare yourself lol

Oh my God, you scare me that you are scared. You have a good chance at all of the Ivies, but it is hard to say you are getting in (to an extant it is a crapshoot)

i can really see how you're profile is substantially less competitive. you're only valedictorian, president (times 2), captain, editor-in-chief, etc., etc.

You are so asian

HYP will be tough given that your HS isn't strong and your scores and ECs are pretty average for applicants and low for Asian competition. You have a good shot at Penn (not Wharton) and the other ivies and top schools other than say Stanford, MIT, CIT.

reading your profile scares me...lol...if you think this is bad...then im definitely worse..he he..keep up the good work
n relax!
