In sentance 26 , ''to do it'' sounds weird ,becase it is not clear what will he choose to do</p>

<p>About the improving passages question,we cant explain why the answer is d but not c only by reading the short excerpt you have copied.Read the whole text ,and if other sentances start with '' I '' ,this one should also start with ''I''</p>
