The rent is cheap and the location is pretty convenient. However, I'm not sure if this is too good to be true. I'm more a non-party person so the whole idea of living in a frat house still worries me (haha). Any reviews for this place?

If you're wondering, it's the house across of Unit 1 (College and Durant).

The BSC co-ops may also be worth looking into for the summer. You may be able to more easily get into the smaller, nicer, cleaner ones, and will gain 3/4 of a BSC co-op seniority point, which may be helpful if you want to live in a BSC co-op during a regular session (most likely to get into a desired house than an applicant with 0 points).
