They didn't receive my ACT!?

So I just applied to Albion College (in MI) and they sent me an email with a checklist to make sure I had sent in my common app, essays, transcripts etc.... but they said they were awaiting my Official ACT or SAT Scores, and ACT Score Report. I'm not sure what this means. When I took the ACT I put Albion down as one of my 4 colleges for them to be sent to. I am I supposed to send it again? Should I talk to my counselor?

Advice please,

Thank you!

When did you take the ACT? If the colleges should have received it by now, you might want to go ahead and order a new copy to be sent (you’ll have to pay again). Sometimes the college lose the info, or perhaps you entered the wrong code number into your test. In any case, you should cover your bases (reorder) rather than try to identify what went wrong.

If you took the ACT recently, it’s possible the college has not entered the data into your file yet as “received”- it can take weeks.

Call or e-mail admissions and ask them. Include your name, ACT date, and any ID#. that you have been given by them

I took the act in June, and I checked online to make sure I’d sent it to them.
