I've been checking my application status since the 11th and apparently the admissions office did not receive anything from the school.

They didn't receive/process my HS transcript, teacher's recommendations, ED agreement form, and everything else.

I also applied for a fee waiver, and that did not get processed either.

The only thing they have is my test scores, my application, and my supplement.

I emailed the admissions office but did not receive anything back yet.

I'm getting really worried right now. Could this be the reason why I'm not receiving an interview? I was really looking forward to an interview for Columbia... and not so much for other colleges that I did not want to interview.. I'm really ticked that they're not offering me any.

So... should I be REALLY WORRIED that they did not receive/process any of my stuff? Could this mean that they decided that I would be rejected just from looking at my application and did not care to process everything else?

Don’t worry the same thing happened to me. Everything was received except my transcripts from my high school even though I sent them a month ago. I stopped checking for a few days and, lo and behold, everything is now received. I’m sure that the admissions office is just trying to deal with the influx of applications. I would call or email them if it still says not received/processed by the end of this week, however.

Bump… I sent mine a month ago too, and still haven’t been processed I’m just pushing this to the top of the forum so I can see if others are having the same problem. I’ve already emailed them, with no answer.

It takes a while to update the tracker, so don’t worry about it. You should only suspect that something is missing if they email you and tell you that it’s missing. If they haven’t contacted you, assume that they have it and just haven’t updated the tracker.
