the school sent it a week ago... should i be worried? they already received my college transcript and i mailed that transcript myself a couple days later after the high school one. .___.

yah there seems to be a delay with processing transcripts sent from high schools. It took them like 2 weeks from the time my school sent it for them to show that it received my transcript on the myucr website.

maybe you should wait a little bit cuz it took while for them to get high school transcript (:

It takes a while for them to update it on your MyUCR account. Don’t worry, they accept postmarks (if you sent them before the deadline).

What happens if they don’t receive my transcript on time?

My admission was cancelled…

@suuushi: You can appeal by sending an email to admit@ucr.edu. Include your Name, SID and date of birth and the reason why you feel you should be granted an extensions. As with all other appeals, it has to be a very justifiable and provable reason. So I would give it a try if your admission was cancelled. Keep hoping!

Are you sure your HS isn’t at fault? It might be a good idea to call them and ask them to call UCR directly. I’ve seen one poster that has done that successfully. If your school is open or has a district office that is open you could show up with a UCR phone number (and fax number if available) and ask them to call while you are there. If UCR sent an email, print it out and take that too. Shed tears.

haha thanks guys, i’m going to talk to my hs tomorrow morning to have them talk directly to ucr. hopefully this will get straightened out and i’ll still be going to ucr :x
