<p>Looks like they're done evaluating apps, I wonder why they haven't sent out letters?</p>
<p>hey, dude did you get an email last week saying that they are in "home stretch" in making their decisions and we should visit their site for more information etc about the college?</p>
<p>If you click the various links I think you will find that the 1117/3992 figures refer to the class of 2011 profile and that the reference to 2012 is probably inadvertent.</p>

<p>I just wish they'd stop sending out those e-mails which say things to the effect of "we're working hard on your applications!" I don't want to hear anything until I get the decision, darn it!</p>

<p>I assumed so, but maybe not? It was just a brief note stating that they've been busy reviewing apps but are now in the home stretch and that they appreciate our patience.</p>
<p>I know, I got an e-mail from them with the subject "Greetings from Davidson" and I got all excited because I thought that it might be good news. <em>sigh</em></p>
<p>I don't think those emails go out to everyone, actually. I've got two friends who haven't received any emails at all from Davidson, besides a confirmation. </p>
<p>And, did any of yall receive a letter back in late January saying that they had been interested in Part 1 of your app and looked forward to reading Part 2? Did that go out to everyone?</p>

<p>no i didnt get that second email you are talking about...i applied through commonapp and submitted my app and supplememnt at the same time, on 1st january.</p>
<p>I got the other letter you mentioned, peachy89. I did common app as well, collegeapps, but I submitted my main portion sometime before November 1 and my supplementary portion around Thanksgiving. Maybe the time we submitted has something to do with it?</p>
<p>Yeah, I submitted my app in two parts. The first part was in early December, I think, and the second part around Jan 1. </p>
<p>I guess they just had a backlog of info, and hadn't filed my part 2.</p>
