I want to make sure that I have the best experience in Berkeley! I am going into mcb most probably.. I also am a quiet girl and don't like crazy parties.. I also feel comfortable in small groups of friends. When u are looking back, what advices can u give to future students?

I knew that I should take it easy during first semester, but apparently not everyone thinks that and most alums I spoke to had mentioned at some point that they wished they had taken a lighter load during the first semester/year. So there is that.

Also take time to explore the different programs and opportunities available on campus. I wished I participated more in clubs and volunteer work. I also wished I took advantage of all the different internships available.

How do you which courses are easy and which are not?

^
well, it depends on the professor…
you can look them up on ratemyprofessor or something…
