<p>It occurred to me that other than a few grants, the “true” cost of the program might just be the $75,000 that is left over. I’ve worked in corporate America long enough to know that a sale is not often what it seems and that a “sale” price still leaves many companies with a hefty profit over the actual cost of services rendered.</p>
<p>Be interested in seeing their annual report and IRS filings. That would give a lot of clues as to the legitimacy.</p>
