Thinking about transfering...

I’m a freshman at a small liberal arts college in the middle of nowhere and I’m pretty miserable being a city kid. I just haven’t been able to adjust to the new surroundings and I doubt I will be able to in the near future. I like my professors a lot, but I want to be at an institution with a bigger student body. Since my high school didn’t offer AP’s, my high school GPA is 3.5 and my SAT scores are terrible, so I’m looking for schools that are test optional for transfers. I’d also prefer to stay on the East coast and be in a city. If you have any school suggestions or general tips please let me know.

Thanks!

Run. Run as fast as you can ! If a small, rural LAC in the middle of nowhere doesn’t suit you, then do not waste another semester of your college years !

Consider:

Boston University

University of Vermont

College of Charleston

Not sure as to whether or not SAT scores are required for transfer students.

Would help to know what you like to do & what you want to study.

I’m looking to study Asian Studies and tie that into business.
