Thinking of Transferring - Chance Me?

I am currently pursuing a Industrial and Systems Engineering degree, and I am truly interested in Finance, Markets, Asset Management, etc. So I was exploring Columbia Engineering and I really got interested in their Financial Engineering option.

I am going to be a freshman at Virginia Tech's Engineering School (and their honor's program) this upcoming fall semester and I was hoping I could get some advice on what I can do in my academics and extracurriculars to make me a competitive transfer applicant so I can hopefully become a sophomore at Columbia or Cornell (they have similar program). Below are my HS stats to give everyone a better view:

HS GPA: 3.98 (weighted)
SAT I: 2200 (super)
SAT II: Math IIc = 790 Chem = 790
APs:
5 - Biology, Chemistry, US History, Calculus AB & BC, Psychology, English Lang
4 - Computer Science, US Government & Politics
NHS, Latin Honor Society, Summer Research @ Children's Hospital, 2yrs Varsity Track and Field, 12yr Pianist: ABRSM Grade 6, Distinction in Music Theory, 8 time superior ranking

Fall Semester Coursework:
CHEM 1035 General Chemistry
CHEM 1045 General Chemistry Lab

MATH 1224H Honors Vector Geometry

You don’t need to be chanced, can’t you tell your life is perfect?

Obviously your high school record is quite strong, but now that you are matriculated at a university, any other will look at your college record, too. I also recommend you take the personal approach and make sure the admissions people know you want their school. Take the essay seriously, too, but really, the grades will matter most. If you look at the various topics about transfer, even people who hosed up high school get into great universities if they do extremely well in college.
