Thinning my applications, best CS schools (Undergrad)

<p>Hello guys,</p>

<p>I am looking to major in CS or Computer Engineering while at college. I will be an applicant for the class of 2019 and I was going to see if you all could help me rank my list of schools by the caliber of their CS departments/programs. </p>

<p>Georgia Tech
Air Force Academy/Naval Academy
Michigan
Cornell
Penn
Wash U in St. Louis
University of Kentucky (safety)</p>

<p>Right now I am leaning towards Georgia Tech because of won't have to take SAT II's. </p>

<p>If you have a high enough interest in becoming an officer in the US Air Force or US Navy to apply to the USAFA and/or USNA, you may want to check the availability of the appropriate ROTC at the colleges other than the USAFA and USNA.</p>
