This Good Enough? My First Post

Hi,

I am a sophmore at a public school and I currently get around:

In brackets is score 2 years ago

SAT

560 in Critical Reading (460)
680 in Math (600)
680 in Writing (450)

ACT

30 English (26)
32 Math (28)
27 Reading (24)
30 Science (24)

Do you think I am on track to get into a prestigious or even remotely good college if I keep improving at this pace?

Thanks for your input!

Hopefully these are all practice test scores and you haven’t been testing your ACT/SAT prowess on actual exams.

Still, it all depends on what your definition of a “prestigious” school is. If you’re thinking along the lines of Ivies et al, you’re going to need to improve at a rate equal to how you improved in these two years.

The scores in brackets represent real ACT/SAT scores I took once in 7th grade. Since then I have been taking practice tests and the most recent are represented by the unbracketed scores.

I was thinking along the Ivy’s.
Thanks

Your current scores would make the ivies SIGNIFICANT reaches.

you still have plenty of time, and your scores are fine. Definitely keep it up, your scores(assuming 2100+) will be good enough for ivies
