This is getting ridiculous!

<p>I submitted my penn common app+ supplement+payment on December 20th, and have yet to receive my portal. Yes, I have checked my spam filter. Everyone I know (and everyone else on CC) seems to have gotten theirs much more quickly</p>

<p>I emailed the admissions office 5 days ago and they said they'd look into it, but I have not received any other response. I dont want some technical glitch to ruin my chances of getting an interview!</p>

<p>I would give it til the end of January, but if you’re really worried (I understand because I was worried even though I only waited a week for mine), I would give them a call.</p>

<p>Don’t worry (or worry, depends on how you look at it), I submitted my app on December 24th or some time around then and still haven’t received any email about any portal whatsoever. :frowning: I’m going to wait until Friday before I start to frantically call/email the admission office.</p>

<p>I think we’ll be fine… it seems that in past years it took a while for people to receive their portal log in information as well.</p>

<p>Don’t worry about it- I got mine last week but that was only because I had turned in allllll of the necessary documents (except the common app and supplement) by the ED deadline thinking I was going to ED to Penn. If you didn’t get your login info, that just means that they’re sorting everything out (: No worries.</p>

<p>Applied 1/1/10, emailed to check status 1/11/10, received login info 1/12/10.
I think they’re just busy as heck.</p>

<p>Stupefy: We sent the admissions office an email asking them to confirm receipt of his common app. They confirmed it the same day and sent us the logon info the next day.</p>

<p>Maybe my sons app was on top of a pile… we sent it in late 1/1/10. In fact, being west coast, the suppliment was date stamped 1/1/10 and everything else was date stamped 1/2/10 (east coast). They’re probably working their way through them. Hang in there!</p>

<p>I just got mine, and I submitted near the deadline. I think they’re still processing, you guys will be fine.</p>
