<p>In fact, it's about something much less trivial. Haircuts. </p>

<p>Where is a good place around Berkeley? I'm looking for a place that isn't salon expensive but has people won't butcher your hair and who will listen before they whip out the shears and start tearing whole chunks out of your hair. </p>

<p>Also people who are good with layers and texturing and cutting bangs would be a plus. </p>

<p>Any and all suggestions will be considered and appreciated! ;)</p>

<p>I’d recommend World Cuts. But some of them can be hit or miss (although they’ll all listen to you). For sure, the owner is great though.</p>
