This is only tangentially relevant but...

...does UCLA have Telebears? Or something analogous? Or is it actually easier to sign up for classes over there?

Oh and if it's a similar system, would it be called... TeleBRUINS? hahahaha
(somehow that lacks that ominously irritating--or irritatingly ominous--ring to it that we have here at Cal..)

this is only tangentially relevant but i know ucr has a system that’s kind of like bSpace. they call it black board or something.

what is bSpace, anyway? bearSpace?

A bit of research shows that UCLA uses a system called URSA, which is basically TeleBEARS with a much punnier name.

I’ve used BlackBoard before while taking classes at another college; you’ll really appreciate bSpace after using it. Yet, in the grand scheme of things, both can be leagues better.

^I used Blackboard back in high schol. Terrible system…but yeah, bspace, telebears…and the whole Berkeley system, really, isn’t exactly a shining beacon, as indicated by the many, many tech fails this semester.

Ugghhhh…yeah…I used blackboard when taking courses at a CC. It was awful. I laugh when people complain about bspace. I can honestly say I <3 bspace…even with all the problems it had/has.
