.....this is ridiculous.....UCLA agreements

I've called the UCLA transfer center numerous times regarding major prep and nobody seems to have an answer. On assist.org the latest agreement between campuses and UCLA is 03-04. The staff in the transfer center say they do not have agreement information and they don't know who would but it "should be the same". I need to know if my major prep has changed between now and the last two years. Does anyone have any idea how I can get this information? Thanks!

UCLA is horrible at matriculating course agreements. My major (Geography) isn't even listed on assist.org. I suggest you check out the latest UCLA catalog under your major and where it says 'transfer students.'

Excellent idea......also consult the UCLA Transfer guide.....that's a simple breakdown of what you will need to complete. It'd be easier just to go to the catalog, as well...since it's online.

The catalog is online? can you give me the link michelle? is it accessible through myucla? Yeah I also think that the trasnfer agreement sheets ucla hands out and that are usually available at every school's transfer center is a complete and thorough breakdown of the courses you need. In addition to that they also indicate the majors that are classified as impacted and they give you a broad sense of admission standards ie minimum gpa requirement etc. Good Luck btw

Mex, I can't believe you don't know? lol. ;)

Not a problem, I can't do links on CC, but it's very easy to find.

Go to the Admissions site>>Admitted Students>>then go to the New Bruins website where all the tasks and deadlines are shown and it's in the sections called, "Other Areas". I went to school right now and I printed off a mountain of stuff...lol. I love lazer printers.

Does the department to which you've been admitted have a designated transfer counselor? They'll know.
