an awesome article that is missing a few points.

first, when a fraternity, atleast in my day, was busted off campus, it was on the onus of the rent payers and not the fraternity. often, a fraternity would bear the financial burden of a off campus ticket for hosting a party, but hosting an off campus party was far less risky than being caught with an unregistered party on the hill. having said that, the risk is equal for a senior in a house hosting off campus as it is for the senior lacrosse players. what i'm seeing in the comments, and what i may have seen in the article, is the continued pervasive hardcore drug use at the school as as result of stricter drinking policies. what was once a hidden thing in almost all houses and out in the open in some, as become the inverse from what i gather. cocaine is all over lehigh, as are painkillers and drugs like xanax. the lethal combination of the pair plus a lot less alcohol causes far more long term damage then 1 night of alcohol poisoning, yet the university doesn't seem to care. out of site out of mind it must be for the office of the OFSA and president Gast. it's alot harder to find residue on a dorm desk and rolled up $20 dollar bills than it is to find the 500 beer cans needed for a good beirut party on the hill. what's even worse, it's going to take a death from an overdose to change anything.

Is this in all colleges?
