<p>That's what they did in my case. I gave them envelopes (with stamps) with addresses written on them to all the schools I was applying to. All your teacher needs to do is write a rec and then photocopy it. You should also politely ask if he/she sent it after a week or two as well.</p>

<p>Yes, put the admission office address on the envelope. Do not forget to put the appropriate amount of postage (large envelopes requested by some schools need more than one $.41 stamp). And write thank you notes to your teachers afterwards. :)</p>
