After contacting the admissions office by e-mail, I recently heard back and obtained valuable information, some of which can be shared to everyone else....

This comes directly from the e-mail
"If you know that all of your required application materials were postmarked by or submitted to our office on or before November 1st, and all required test score results were reported to our office on or before November 1st (and you are a freshman applying to a unit that is participating in the Early Response deadline review process), then you can rest assured that our office will issue a final admission decision no later than December 24th.

We will not send out verification emails, instead please continue to check your online application status. You can also contact our office in late November to verify that your application is being reviewed under the Early Response program."

This is in regards to the U-M Early Response program and confirmation e-mails, a frequent topic amongst many concerned CC users applying to U-M.

Ummm, I don’t think there’s any new information here.
