<p>You pay when you submit part one, if you're onto part two you've already payed.
That said, if you're still on part one, it comes up once you submit, I think.

<p>I actually had the same problem, but I was already in part 2 and I forgot that I had paid. But, after a few hours, I figured it out :)</p>

<p>I compelted part 1 way before part 2 and forgot i paid....but sicne i paid with a debit card all i had to do was check my statement online and i would see a charge by brown =]</p>
