This question/comment mainly directed to "silverturtle", but anyone may reply

FIRST, SILVERTURTLE, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR POSTING SUCH HELPFUL REVIEW INFO FOR THE SAT. May I ask - are/were you a student (high school? college?) when you posted it? Are you a professional tutor?

Secondly, can you please answer the below question for me? I couldn't find the rule which applied to the below type of question in your notes. I now know that "them" is wrong - but I don't know WHY or what the word should be. One friend suggested it should be "they" and another said it should be "those". Who is correct, if either, and most importantly, why? Thanks so much for your hoped for reply. Also, if you DID discuss this grammar rule in your notes, may I ask in which section it can be found? (and if silverturtle is too busy to reply, did anyone else note this rule on his posted review?) Thanks for any help.

Question from last yr's test with just a few words changed in case I am not allowed to post identical question is:
At least one class in mathematics is recommended for them who plan to become statisticians, because they will often need to decide whether information based on statistics is dependable.

Words "them", "to become", "based on", and "is dependable" were underlined.

Those.

Because idk why, haha. Silverturtle, come out of your shell!
