This question may have been asked already, but...

Do colleges differentiate between an A and an A-? At my school, a 94-100 is an A and a 90-93 is an A-. Getting a 93 versus a 94 can really make a difference in one's GPA. Does anyone know? Or does it differ by school?

Most do 10char

I would think so. I’m pretty sure they look at the quantitative value anyways (95s and 90s instead of A and A-).

They interpret what your school sends them in context.
For example, my school doesn’t do pluses and minuses, and they don’t report percent grades, but a grade of 85-93 is considered a B (3.0). Presumably my grades wouldn’t be evaluated the same way as the grades of someone whose school considered a 90 an A- and reported it on the transcript.
