This thread will have 500 replies.

Don't you think that this thread will have that many replies? I mean, it's very possible.
All you have to do is post.
Feel free to doube, triple or even quadruple post.

The only way a thread can have that many relies is if there was an amazingly interesting debate. But where can you find those nowadays. Unless you are a troll and decide to make a thread and insult everyone on this board.
But unfortunately, trolls are really hard to find too.
Wouldn't we all be thrilled if one of our threads was deemed as important - and them become a sticky thread?
Being a feature thread isn't bad, but it's short lived, as all threads die eventually.
Right now it's 6:30 PM and I'm not very busy. As you might have noticed from this thread - or any of my other threads from the past week.
I'm watching ER right now as I type this thread. It's incredibly boring because I've seen every episode twice.
Come to think of it, I haven't seen this one. It's some people who are dieing form a deadly disease.
How long does it take for the server to log out automatically when there are long periods of inactivity - it's taking me forever to type all this.

The End.

It's entirely possible.

I just don't know.

Can you get that kind of support on CC?

Somebody post a debate question so we can get this started.

One caveat: Anybody who posts a college admissions essay topic will be summarily shot.

Another thought: Does anyone ever use the word "summarily" without having the word "shot" right after it?

This concludes the prandial musings of an average CC student.

Thank you.

I've never even used to word summarily before. I don't even know what it means.

bump! .

stuck-on-1700, you must truly be bored out of your mind.

To prompt a FUN discussion, where would you like your house to be in the future if money isn't an issue. Post a picture if you want.

500 replies? exactly? how are you going to stop us from making 501?

I'll deal with that once this actually gets to 500.
and yes to post # 5

I've used summarily executed - but still the same idea.

bump.
this is very important!

DOWN WITH AFFIRMATIVE ACTION! w00t

^^I second that. We should turn this inot an AA debate since they always last for a LONG time.

You know it!

Did anyone watch House last night? I loved the part when he was like "You watched a lot of TV when you were little because you had no friends, and now you're able to make obscure pop culture references that only you understand." I told my friend that'll be us in 30 years.

House is awesome. I want to be as messed-up and cool as he is in like 30 years.

I can't wait to make obscure pop culture references. Oops, too late.

I love house too!

Weird episode though...gypsies??

Lost is on tonight.

Jesus! Asians! Liberals!

there i brought up three controversial topics in one post lol

wow. were of to a really slow start.
who here hates Grey's anatomy?
It's basically "Days of Our lives" set in a hospital. All that drama crap.

I used to like Grey's Anatomy but I kinda lost interest after a while. If they're not careful it'll become the next ER (which I used to love but now hate with every fiber of my being ) .

Do you guys think that freedom of speech really exists? Sure we can say what we want, but we can still get beat up if people don't like what we say.
I read somewhere that post 911, a kid who only spoke against Bush was arrested and questioned un connections with terrorism.
Any thoughts?
