write a letter of appeal? ill just move on....

i'll probably go to uci and transfer...
but i could also go to uci, save the money, and get a nice car ^^

This is a familiar thread.... Last year there were only 500 appeal letters written. But, nice try, ucplaya. I'm sure you will write one too. I think I would be correct in assuming you know this about the appeals process, right, that they don't get many letters, but they only accept about 6% of them? Are you trying to eliminate competition? lol..... I'm sure many of us will move on anyways, just so we aren't constantly on edge.

i'll probably appeal...

not that it'll make a diff, at least i'll know i tried my best

ucplaya, you are obviously contemplating the appeal process. Why else would u be curious enough to make this thread?

My advice to you guys: Go to community college for a year, work your ass off and apply again. I went to CC for 1 1/2 years (because I spent a semester at CSUN) then got in to USC. Yeah, you'll have to spend another year at home, but it'll be worth it if USC is your #1 choice.

I'll just go for my second choice and then transfer out to community college.

Wait, I mean transfer out to USC.

no stressedout, im just asking because my friend told me to repeal but i told him its stupid to chase a school that doesnt want to. just move on. i just wanted to see how many ppl would actually write 1

I'll just go to another school. My heart's not set on USC. ._.

Such blasphemy on this thread! Just kidding, not everybody is.

i won't write one. although it will be disappointing, i have other options, which frankly, aren't as expensive! USC is my dream school, but if I get acccepted and don't have enough money, my parents have already said no way.

my heart is set on USC

but i'll probably go to UCSB if i don't get in..

i like southern california, it's a tad different than seattle

lol mainevent! Well, I would love to go to USC, but I wouldn't feel dejected if I wasn't accepted. I'll probably go to UCI or UCSD.
