<p>bdibble: i think he means colleges in cornell.. yea i got called for engineering which does not require(or do) formal interviews. i interviewed with an alumni.</p>
<p>My interviewer started off with basic questions - why do you want to go to Cornell, why (your major), the activity that affected you the most...etc. The interview is pretty flexible. No strict set of questions. My interviewer asked me in the beginning if I had any questions, and I did, so our converstion followed that thread... In the end, he laughingly said oh I have the perfect set of questions for you, then he proceeded to ask me to give him an example of a time I demonstrated leadership... creativity...etc. Err I don't think the last part is standard. We were discussing something else, and I thought the interview was coming to an end when he spontaneously thought up that lovely set of questions.</p>
