What'dya get on SAT Math? Hahaha, I'm just curious.

I'm in Multiv. Calc, and I got a 780 (careless mistake _;)

What'dya get on SAT Math? Hahaha, I'm just curious.

I'm in Multiv. Calc, and I got a 780 (careless mistake _;)

Though the SAT Math has nothing to do with Calc,
I'm in AP Calc BC, got a 780, yes a careless mistake

currently in BC
I've gotten 790,780, and 800 on the math section. 790 was before taking calc, 780 and 800 while in calc.

took calc ab last yr.

780 on sat 1 math
800 on sat 2 math

Currently in Calculus AB; I got a 780.

i'm in AB calc- 780

I see a reoccuring trend

I'm in AB and also a 780!!

Calc 2 at a college, 800 SAT I math, but 740 SATII math, I think it was a fluke b/c got a 700 first time(sat i)

I'm taking PreCalculus in my Junior year; is my school just slow? I'm not really worried about taking BC over AP/AB, I mean it's not like it's going to make the difference of getting into my dream college. If I could take it, then I would, but I can't now because AP/AB is the closest that I can get.

^^^ sorry, but that has nothing to do with this thread.

Im in Calc BC and got an 800 on math PSAT...take the SAT in january

I'm taking it in January as well. What books have you done to prepare with for strategies? Is Gruber's any good even for people who get 700+ in math?

Calc AB junior year with highest grade in the class, but only a 740 on the SATII. Dumb mistakes.

CAlc AB soph year. only got 760 on SAT MATH
Hopefully i will get an 800 on SAT 2 math

Calc BC This year... And, I do research in Linear Algebra at the local University. I got 770 SAT Reasoning... I was bitter, had a miserable experience, and didn't retake it. 800 Math II. I will get my Math I scores tomorrow (hopefully). Also, I got a 36 on ACT Math.

⊃ School ≠ SAT Math

PS I really want like an AMC-SAT conversion chart.

here's an AMC-SAT conversion chart:

first 13 problems on AMC12 correct = 800 Math I
first 14 problems on AMC12 correct = 800 Math I
...
first 25 problems on AMC12 correct = 800 Math I

ok so that's a bit exaggerated but plenty of people who got 800's on math I at my school didn't qualify for the AIME (didn't make 100 on AMC12)

I haven't finished Calc yet, but got a relatively shameful 690 on the math section, and I'm in honors. But my ACT math score was a 34. That one is pretty good, especially considering I went light-speed though math starting in pre-algebra freshman year. When going that fast, sometimes things are harder to retain.

are you kidding me?!?
first 8-25 problems on AMC12 correct = 800 Math2, Math1, Math whatever
or even less..

Post-Calc

780

Don't know what happened...

780, very careless mistake
