<p>I wonder if you chance “yes” to someone if they have legal recourse if they don’t get in? To me, the saddest “chance me” ones are the ones from people who have really good stats but, it seems, no confidence just to go for it. I mean, what qualifies anyone on cc to determine who will get into a school. I agree that all chance me’s belong in the chance me thread.</p>

<p>I agree with the OP 100%. School forums are supposed to be on topics related to the school, instead it’s incessantly filled with anxious high schooler’s (sometimes even FRESHMEN) “Chance me pl0x” threads. I come to read this forum to be informed about the University of Pennsylvania, not about its future applicants.</p>
