hi guys, i'm trying to build my schedule for the first semester and is thinking about taking BUAD 307 instead of BUAD 304 becuz 304's lecture time is really awkward.. :) however, i'm not really sure if it's doable with GE 6, WRIT 140 AND ECON classes... will it be too much work load??? i really dont want to mess up my GPA from the first semester~ ~ any replies will be really really appreciated!!! Thank you!!

I thought 307 was easier than 304, but of course, it depends on your professor.

I dont think itd be a problem. Keep in mind, however, that 307 classes are filled with mostly sophomores and 304 classes are mostly freshmen. So you might feel a little out of place but if it doesnt bother you, then thats not really a big deal.

If you take 307 first semester, it’ll be mostly sophomores, whereas if you take it second semester, it’ll have more freshmen (mainly the ones who finished 304 first semester). But in terms of workload, it’s not really that much of a difference. But 304 pretty much always has horrible times, lol, so you’ll have to deal with it second semester anyways.

Great points!! Thank you soo much guys… i think i may need to change to BUAD304 cuz i dont really wanna be an outsider among sophomores ~:)

I found 307 to be significantly easier than 304, for what it’s worth. On a more general note, I’ve been in classes where I’m either a year “ahead” or a year “behind” and honestly feel completely integrated and never felt that anyone cared whether I was a sophomore, junior, or whatever.

wow… that’s a really great advice!!! really gives me a lot of confidence!! haha… i know i change a lot… but i think i’m gonna stick with buad 307 now… thanks a lot!!
