Thoughts on Junior/Senior Year Schedule??

I currently take no AP classes (my school barely has anyone and I have a tight schedule), but I have taken 5 honors classes so far.

JUNIOR YR:
Honors Physics
Honors Pre-Calc
Interdisciplinary Studies III (consists of coding and ap stats but we don’t get AP credit for stats)
AP Lang
American Gov/Econ
Spanish 4 (unfortunately my school doesn’t have honors foreign language)

SENIOR YR:
AP Calc BC (most likely)
AP Chem or AP Bio
Interdisciplinary Studies IIII
AP Lit
AP Spanish
AP Euro (if my school in the district offers it)

BG Info: I am planning to follow a pre-med course in college, but am currently unsure about my desired major. My math, science, and interdisciplinary studies classes are covered by a STEM magnet program. I also do semester-long research every year for this program.

Your schedule for Junior year looks solid, but Senior year looks like it will be incredibly difficult, really take some time to consider what you will be able to handle in terms of AP classes. Most counselors that I’ve talked to recommend 3 AP classes/ year to alleviate unneeded stress. Could you take AP Chem or Bio Junior year and move H Physics to Senior year? That would at least break up your course load a bit. You may also consider Spanish 5 (if offered) as opposed to AP Spanish, as it will develop your knowledge of the language without you having to worry about the intensive AP testing at the end of the year.

@assemblingphilosophies Thank you for replying! I actually can’t tbh which is why senior year has me worried. The AP Science and Math are required for my stem program. At our school, Spanish 5 is the AP Spanish.
