Thoughts on this article by salary.com

<p>So while reading it, I thought that this seems a little bit ridiculous, but what are your guys' thoughts? I seriously doubt that you need to earn THAT much money to live very comfortably. I always thought that 120k is when you start living better in terms of lifestyle, and even that might be more than needed, but 200K? Wow. Is there any truth to this, or is this article just garbage?</p>

<p>Yeah, that's completely wrong. $200k is when you start to live a slightly extravagant lifestyle. =p</p>

<p>No, I agree with the article. My parents make about 150k combined and we are by no means rich. We don't have any fancy cars, a big house, or any of that other stuff.</p>
