Thoughts on USC being No. 1 in foreign student enrollment?

what are everyone's thoughts on being ranked no. 1 for 11 straight years?

should USC be more selective? Is it diluting the value and image of a degree from USC? Anyone feel like USC would accept as much as they can who are willing to pay the full sticker price?

I don’t know why you’d think that accepting the most number of foreign students does anything to dilute the school’s values. As far as I know, top schools in US have about 10 to 12% international enrollments, and their average performance is much higher than that of the other eighty-something percent. It’s simply a MUCH more competitive pool you know…

USC had over 46,000 applications last year for the freshmen class. The university was in a position to be highly selective in their choices.
