Thank you @TensedMom. I have hesitated in past to call even if that meant delays because of D’s work load and school commitments. But good to know that they don’t mind parents calling.
Just called today and they said it will come out soon for notification for GAP but did not say exact date.

TCNJ —. My S completed the ‘get to know you better’ section, which says ‘ *TCNJ Admissions has created our Quest form in lieu of on-campus interviews.’.
He didn’t receive the call yet.
