I plan on transferring from University of Iowa to University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign) for Mechanical Engineering.

The interesting situation is that my highest math course at Iowa will be Engineering Math II at the end of the second semester, which is half of Calc 2 and most of Calc 3. Uni of Illinois requires me to take MAT 292, a supplementary course so I can get credits for Calc 3. However, it is unlikely that it will be offered over the summer.

I decided that should I take a summer course, I would need to take something that would compensate for being behind on the math skills by a semester.

-Statics study abroad in Italy (40 miles from Venice) from May 19th to June 19th.
-A summer internship.
-1-2 summer classes at Parkland College or UIUC.

Some might say that I'm thinking too far ahead. I prefer to post this now than to forget it over the Thanksgiving break, finals, and winter break.
