Three questions about accessing AP scores on-line this summer

I'm a parent, and I just received the e-mail re: accessing AP scores on-line in July.

1) In order to access AP scores, one needs the AP number assigned to the student this year.
Is the number only going to be required the first time the student logs in to get this year's AP scores? Or will the student have to keep this number *forever."

2) Will scores from previous years be visible on-line as well?

3) Early access: The information says that early access depends on location. Does this mean the location where one took the exam or the location where one physically is when trying to access the score? My ds will be out of state during the time of early access. The state of permanent residence has early access one day prior to the state where my ds will actually be located for his summer program. I hope I am making sense! In other words, if access is based on one's actual physical location when trying to obtain the score, I would be able to access it from home before he could access it from his summer program. That is, if he would give me permission to do that for him. :)

Thanks for any and all help!

1) AP number changes year to year

2) Yes

3) Physical location

Thanks, Kongo!

So, are you saying once the number is initially put in the first time, then the AP scores will, from then on, be accessible just like all other SAT I, SAT II, PSAT, etc. scores?
