Three year high school

Simple question: The mexican system has a three year high school (10,11,12), so when it comes to transcripts, grades and such on applications, will they mind if I don't have anything for 9th grade? Or would they require for me to put in what I did during my last year of middle school?

The issue has been bothering me a while because 9th was the worst year of my life. All of high school is exellent, but if i had to but 9th, it might really mess up my curriculum.

I think it'll be alright since that's how the sytem works there, it's also how the system works in Saudi Arabia and many other countries, so you're not alone.

It's the case with many countries outside US. Your school transcript should say your school is from 10th to 12th grades, and adcoms who deal with international applicants will understand. 99% of the time they won't ask you for your junior-high or middle school grades, but some schools do (some people applying to UPenn from my school had problems with this).

I sent a three year transcript to all the schools that I applied to. None of them complained. Try to explain the system to the adcom. That's what I did, and there were no problems. Remember that most admissions committees have at least one officer who is conversant with educational systems across the world. If my geography serves me well, Mexico is the US' next door neighbour: They'll understand.
