three years of a language?

<p>will not taking a third year hurt me? im planning on taking five APs next year and i wont have room for french 3, so will not taking it hurt my chances?</p>

<p>Are you planning to take French in college? If the answer is yes, then a third year would be important. My daughter is taking her 5th year of Spanish (AP) this year so that she can work toward being fluent, (plus she is planning to continue with her Spanish at FSU). She chose the Spanish AP over English Lit AP due to a scheduling conflict.<br>
A foreign language is very important, especially if you are thinking about study abroad.</p>
