Ti 83 and Ti 89

<p>The TI-83 and TI-89 are different in the fact that they use a different CPU architecture. The 83/84 series utilizes a Zilog whereas the 89 contains a 68k Motorola chip. Of course, you really didn't need to know that...</p>

<p>For actual usage, the TI-89 differs as it has an integrated CAS (Computer Algebra System). If you want to find out what that means, I suggest Wikipedia.</p>
