TI-83 or TI-89 graphing calc?

Which one should I get? I am going to enter Calc BC this year so I need to get a graphing calculator. I know that both are very good calculators but which one would suit my purposes more? The TI-89 costs $50 more on amazon. Is it worth it, or would the TI-83 be enough for Calculus BC and getting a high score on the SAT math level II?

83 is good enough for calc and SAT, but a 89 is going to help a lot in college. I'm not sure if you are allowed to use a 89 on SAT though...you should check

It's allowed on the SAT. Go with the Ti-89 mate, you can trick it out with equations :D

Get the TI-89 if you're willing to spend the money.

It's not that expensive - $80 on eBay. :D And they're usually in very fine condition, just do a bit of research.

Borrow a ti-83 if you want to take the ACT

BTW, i found a brand new in package TI-89 on ebay, with a zipper carrying case, for $105 on ebay with shipping
