ti-89 calculator help

<p>hello.. this may sound like a really stupid question, but oh well.</p>

<p>I just bought a ti-89 a few days ago. I have downloaded programs onto the calculator, but I can't figure out how to open them. I know they are on here, because I went under Catalog or w/e and they are there. However, I don't know how to open and utilize them. Could anyone help? Thanks</p>

<p>Hello. On your ti-89 first go to home. Then press var-link (2nd -). you will then select your program. It will look like this: "program(" all you have to do is add the 2nd parenthesis "program()" and it should run.</p>
