A question on the lighter side...do students automatically get a ticket to every home football game? basketball? baseball? Just curious as my kid is a huge sports fan...

I’m not a student but I asked the same question. All games that are not FB& mens BB are free and easy to get into. However, basketball only gives out 2k tickets. I don’t think that every student can get into FB games. I’m not sure tho. I’m sure someone will come along and clarify.

If we have someone visiting us, is it easy to get tickets for em? Or to get em into the student section? I know the SC game prob sold out 6 months ago

On the tour that my D and I took last March, the tour guide said that all students get one ticket to games. I also heard over the NSP weekend that date tickets are like $15-20 and your “date” can be anyone. Don’t quote me on anything but that’s what we were told unofficially.

Tickets are FREE for students for all sporting events… If you want to bring a friend that isn’t a student, you can buy a “date” ticket for $35-40 for football tickets. There are no date tickets for basketball. Football is easy to get a ticket for although you will probably be in the upper deck as a freshman. Basketball is more competitive though you will probably get a ticket for a non-ACC/not-so-good basketball team game. That’s because there are only 2,000 or so basketball tickets/

Thanks to all!!
