Tim Horton's

Where you guys live, do you see a coffee/donut chain called Tim Horton's very often? Have you heard of it at all? I just want to know how popular it is on the other side of the border.

nope…

There are like 4 within a 5 mile radius of my house. It’s actually really annoying because I think their food and stuff sucks lol.

Never heard of it… sounds like a Dr. Seuss character…

It’s a Canadian thing. Only very few states have them.

I’ve heard of it from some northerners, but I’ve never seen one, or a Trader Joe’s either.

In Canada, there’s a Tim Horton’s every 5 blocks, seriously. I saw one in Maine when I was driving down to Boston(for a flight to Florida)

Mmmmm…Timmy’s <3

never heard of it

I only heard of it last summer when my Canadian room mate mentioned it. But in response to your question, there aren’t any in New York (my area at least). We have Trader Joe’s though.

Nothing here in Florida

None in northern VA. Daily Grinds rule our area..

I think the predominant doughnut chain here is Dunkin Donuts

^yeah, even though I wouldn’t mind if Krispe Kreme decided to dominate the market. No one beats KK, end of story.

^Amen . :)

There is a Tim Horton’s about 25 miles from here, and another one 35 miles in the other direction, and 75 miles in yet another direction. Those are the only ones I know.

I swear where I live, there are 2 in every block, but I really enjoy their donuts, so it’s all good. And they have awesome iced caps. xD

In Washington ,during vacation, my parents and I would cross the border to Canada and say that the reason for going over is to eat donuts at Tim Horton’s. That got some weird looks, especially when they had to ask if we were carrying 10k worth of goods. The donuts are amazing, especially their jelly-filled ones. They cost a bit more than KK donuts though. I like Tim Horton’s coffee better than KK’s though.

We have- I think it’s called Dutch Brothers.

Every morning in Latin this year our teacher would send our TA’s out to go buy coffee and hot chocolate for him and students who brought money. The TA"s didn’t mind too bad since they really wanted some too.

(Oh TA=Teacher’s Assistant. Choose a teacher and help them out. It’s an elective here.)

Yeah there is one about 4-5 miles from me
