Time is running out...

So I’m a high school senior and I’ve received all of my college decisions. I did get into 4 out of the 5 colleges that I applied to. However, I’ve realized that I didn’t apply to the right schools for me. I chose to apply to mostly out-of-state schools and now I know that that’s not what I want right now. The one state school that I got into is fine but it’ll still be pricey because it’s in a pricey area and I just don’t feel 100% about it. So I’m battling with what to do.
Option 1: take a gap year and reapply to schools for next fall. I am concerned with how this will affect aid, but I could also work during this time and save up some money. That would be taking a year off from school though and I’m worried that it’ll be hard to get back into the swing of it after that year.
Option 2: go to the state school that I got into (i would have to live in dorms though) and try to transfer later.
Option 3: community college. However, a lot of people I know that have been going in the last couple of years have had trouble transferring classes and I really don’t want to be trying to get my bachelor’s degree for 5 or 6 years (which is what a lot of people I know are going through currently).
I really feel lost and I just don’t know what is right for me. If anyone could give any advice or if anyone has any insight because they had this kind of experience, I would appreciate any help at all!

Time is not running out. It’s still March. You have 5 weeks to make your decision. Even if you commit somewhere before May 1, it’s not an irrevocable decision. You can always decide to take a gap year or go to community college before courses start.

Keep all of your options open. Sleep on it. The brain really does work when you’re asleep.
