Time management at Berkeley

Is there any seminar, some kind of course or space where students can be educated on effective ways proved to optimize time management in Berkeley and well life? This is really important for me as I want to make the best of my berkeley experience in all aspects, so this will be essential. Plus this is something I feel I really need to work on.

there’s supposedly a “how to get As” seminar taught by some guy who has a 4.0

You sound a little bit sceptical about it as if it was just for the guy to brag about it. Is that seminar taken for credit or just on my own time? Open to more options and suggestions. Thanks for your time!

What else is offered?

I think engineers have a seminar on “how to survive engineering at berkeley.”

@demoz:
Is it taken for credit as an official course or offered supplementart? Does it last a whole semester?

Do you by any chance have a link or something where I could find more information.

It’s taken as a course for units. Courses like these are usually not taken for a letter grade, so you just get units for them. The courses are also seasonal but I think they appear around Fall semester because of incoming freshmen, but you can take a look here:

The SLC (Student Learning Center) offers something similar to that.
