Hi guys.
Basically, I have basketball practice from 6-8 in the morning and 3-6:30 in the evening. It's really important to me to maintain a healthy level of sleep. I'm a junior in all honors classes, with roughly 3 hours of homework a night (not including studying) So I want to be able to keep my good grades up without sacrificing meals or sleep. Do any of you have any helpful tips on how to manage me time and still be successful?

I’m in the same boat as you, except that our practices are only in the afternoons (well typically) and that they can go to 8:30 occasionally. My best advice would be when you have any free time, and I mean ANY free time, start working on something. Also, take your phone and put it somewhere it won’t distract you, get off facebook, and log off twitter because those distract me. Best of luck, I have basketball and tennis as my sports so I’ve been improving my time management skills over the last two years. Best of luck.
