<p>Does Cornell allow gap years? Do you have get your plan for your year approved? Can you just take off a semester?</p>
<p>If anyone knows where to find any of this I'd be so happy if you'd point me in the right direction. I can't find anything.</p>

<p>Short answer: Yes, if you have a good reason.</p>
<p>You can take a gap year in any college at Cornell as long as they find your reason to be good enough.</p>
