<p>Is it possible to enroll for the NYU Summer Session?
I know the Second Session begins in July (my high school's year ends on June 23rd)
but can I apply for that session?? Is it a headstart on the Fall Semester or is it just extra?</p>

<p>From the looks of it, NYU’s Summer Session is a bit different than that of a typical college - in that you don’t apply to it, but register for it. It says that NYU students apply through Albert, but non-NYU students have a separate form to fill out, which isn’t available until mid-February.</p>
<p>The classes you take during the summer gives you credit towards your degree, but I’m not sure what type of classes would be available to you (there might be prerequisites)</p>
