I submitted my writing supplement at about 11:03 pm Eastern Time on March 15, and I received a confirmation email saying that it was indeed successfully submitted at 11:03 pm Eastern Time. However, when I check the time stamp in the Mycollege Tab, it says that it was submitted at 12:03 AM on March 16 Eastern Time. I am very frustrated right now. Has this ever happened to anyone before?

As long as it is submitted your time you are fine. The CA server clock is just set at a different time. It is the time in the resolution that is correct.

If you are concerned, simply send a copy of your confirmation email to admissions and explain you were actually on time.

@awcntdb Okay thanks for the advice I have emailed the admissions office. However, what I don’t understand is that on the time stamp it says “12:03 AM EASTERN TIME” I am 100% sure I submitted it on time, as I live in the Eastern Time Zone. Still super anxious though. Isn’t the time listed on the time stamp supposed to be the time that colleges will see?

No, the time stamp on the website is just the clock in the CA server and software. If you uploaded at 11:03 your time, that is what the colleges should see because they get an email at the same time that there is something to download from your application. The fact it is off exactly one hour is the top off really. Colleges are most likely used to seeing this type of error from CA. It will be fine.
