<p>my move in day is tomorrow, but i don’t know when i’ll arrive in SB so i might move in on the 21st <em>_</em></p>

<p>I am moving into santa ynez tomorrow. Then driving back home. Bringing my girlfriend so she can bask in the glory of what is UCSB (she = USC) I will be back again Wednesday evening.</p>

<p>For those who are freshman, have any questions, i am available to ask.</p>

<p>southpasdena, does the health office accept insurance (private) as a form of payment?</p>

<p>southpasdena, do we have to pay for our meals on move-in days or is it included in our school meal plan payment ? also, where can i pick up my student id ? ( didnt have time to get one during orientation )</p>

<p>On the move in days, the meals are included in the plan, but there are special eating hours.</p>

<p>You can get your id card at the university center (Ucen).</p>

<p>For all you freshman, don’t forget to get together with a group of your new floormates and see the Men’s Soccer game Sunday night at 6pm! UCSB is playing #1 ranked Wake Forest (we’re ranked #16 now). Now, you may not like soccer, but it’s huge at UCSB (we had the highest average attendance for all schools last year, won the national championship in 2006, and lost the championship game in 2004). </p>

<p>It’s also a good time to bond with your new friends, join in some Gaucho pride and pre-party if you’re into that! Here’s some photos I took from a playoff game last year when almost 10,000 fans packed the field, and the field rush afterwards:</p>

<p>consent, you can pick up a student ID at the UCEN ID office. It’s a little kiosk towards the eastern end of the UCEN on the second floor (above the restaurants).</p>

<p>keltix, i am sorry i cant answer your question about private insurance. I would just go to your local provider. That is what i do. All local providers are no more than 15 min bus ride away.</p>
